This is a RPR site. For any action taken here there MUST be at least 1 witness (Gorean) present to validate the events for the cities Admin/Magistrate. All combats or captures that take place here must be presented to the city Admin/Magistrate. These records of events will be posted on the city forum.
Sparring maybe done here as well, in this event those involved will state it is not to the death before the event starts and all leathal blows will be null and void.
It will be upto the witness to notify anyone that enters the room during this time that the parties are sparring.
The rules of combat and capture are those of the city of Laura, however if the combatants desire to use T5 and it is agreed upon it will be allowed. If there is no agreement the citys rules stand.
